Dr. Trainor completed a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan in 2011. He is a Licensed Psychologist, and currently serves as a member of Council for the College of Psychologists of New Brunswick. Dr. Trainor provides assessment and treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults. This includes working with individuals who have trauma-related concerns, depression, anxiety, Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as helping youth and families in managing challenging behaviour. He has been trained in providing a range of psychotherapeutic interventions, and primarily uses Behavioural and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
